What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

We ship standard USPS which is typically 3-5 business days once shipped.

What is your return policy?

Exchanges or store credit only. Must be completed within 14 days of purchase. Items must have tags still attached and receipt to exchange or receive store credit. Items must be in the same condition as they were when purchased. Items with any signs of damage, wear, foul odor, or smoke will not be accepted. No exceptions. All sale items are final.

How do I access a return label?

Please email with your order number and reason for return to request a return label.

Am I responsible for return shipping?

Yes, it is the customer's responsibility for return shipping. If you would like to use our return label you can send us an email to request a return label at: and we will deduct the label cost from your return.

What if my items were lost or stolen during shipping?

We understand these things happen. Unfortunately, once the item has left our establishment we are not longer responsible for the items. Please contact us ASAP if this has occurred and we will do our best to help you locate your package.

I received a damaged/defective item - what do I do?

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item and we will do our best to replace the item.
